People come for Past Life Regression for many different reasons. The main ones are:


THERAPY - Our character today represents a culmination of all the experiences we have had over numerous lifetimes. These past life events affect many aspects of our behaviour, and in some cases, past deeply emotional traumas can cause psychological problems which can not be cured with ordinary psychotherapy. Past life therapy can release these repressed thoughts and bring about a beneficial change.

UNDERSTANDING - Exploring your past lives offers a whole new dimension to the understanding of your own character. You suddenly realise for the first time why you are drawn to certain places or have a particular interest in something.

INTEREST - Many enjoy the experience of tracing their past lives purely from the point of curiosity. Certain past existences in particular can be pieced together with great detail, producing names, dates and places. Many of these details have been researched and authenticated, resulting in some fascinating literature on the subject.

RELATIONSHIPS - Quite often, groups of interacting souls reincarnate together and take on the roles of relations, friends or even rivals. Many believe this happens to balance the laws of karma - the harmony or disharmony caused by peoples behaviour towards each other. Have you ever met someone for the first time, yet feel you have known them all your life?

 

You do not  have to believe in Past Lives in order for this therapy to help you! 

I have been doing Past Life Regression for 9 years and in that time I have had many personal and professional experiences of 'Past Lives' so I am a definite believer!  but there are other possible explanations put forward to explain past life experiences.  Some people believe that genetic memories are passed down from our ancestors through our DNA!  However, this does not fully explain why during regression people regress to different cultural backgrounds etc.

Whichever theory you prefer to accept, or not accept, the important fact remains that Past Life Therapy is very effective!  By releasing repressed emotions and healing the troubled past or past life, it is a powerful tool in overcoming many physical obstacles in this lifetime! 

What does being regressed feel like ?

The session starts with healing to clear the aura, conduct Spirit release work and check for any negativity, which if I find I clear.  I am very experienced in this work and it is a gentle procedure, not at all alarming as some people fear.   Underlying trauma from this lifetime and from your genetic heritage which may be affecting you now, is also gently released.

You are then lead into a beautifully calm state of mind using visualisation and relaxation techniques. You do not fall asleep and you remain fully in control and  aware of what is happening. It is a perfectly safe natural state of mind, similar to daydreaming. You will be able to experience your past lives in your minds eye as if you are actually there as it happens.

 Sometimes  the effects of a traumatic experience from a Past Life is brought into this life, resulting in irrational fears, phobias or behaviour. Under regression, these issues can be safely and gently dealt with and healed so that they can no longer have any effect on you now.
