Theta Healing & Reflexology Worcester ...

I have been a professional Complementary Therapist for 18 years.

During that time I have worked with many different physical and emotional problems, especially self esteem issues.

I have studied Energy Healing all my life and I will never stop learning new ways of helping and healing! I often incorporate more than one healing therapy in my sessions, if appropriate or desired.

Do you often feel anxious or stressed

Are you trying to get pregnant

Do you suffer from aches and pains

Is your Self-Esteem low

Are you physically ill or lacking energy

Are you having relationship problems

Do you suffer from unexplained phobias

Do you want to feel confident and successful ? ...

If so, I can help you!

My experience includes a Stress Management clinic for senior staff and pupils at a Private Girl's boarding school in Malvern (Reflexology & Massage - 11 years) and Aromatherapy at St Richard's Hospice, Worcester.

My training is continuously updated with additional courses, workshops, professional development, upgrades and mentoring.

This includes a Fertility Solutions course with Tracy Holloway, an Advanced Past Life Therapy course, & Quantum Touch.

Healing work is ever evolving and recently I have been studying 'underlying trauma' release, (Reference Point Therapy) which forms a large part of my new work.

Over the years I have studied with many dedicated and inspirational teachers/mentors and I am a member of the  Doctor-Healer Network, (DHN)  the Complementary Therapist's Association (CThA) and other professional organisations.

Complementary therapists are keen to find out where the mind-body imbalance originated - as physical problems often start with an emotional imbalance or shock.  Therapists then work with the client to heal and rebalance on all levels.  By choosing Complementary Therapies like Reflexology or Reiki, and working with a therapist you are putting yourself back in control, reducing stress and encouraging your body's own self healing mechanism.

It is important to know that Complementary therapies are designed to work alongside conventional medical treatments, not replace them.  However, in some cases, if treatment is started at the beginning of the problem, the need for medication can often be avoided.  In the case of a chronic condition, and with the doctor's permission, medication may be reduced as the symptoms lessen and become more manageable.
